Designed to provide accurate facial authentication, the RealSense ID Solution F455 from Intel combines an active depth sensor with a specialized neural network that authenticates in less than one second. With a field of view of 56 x 78°, it features high levels of security with AES 256-bit encryption for a false acceptance rate of 1:1,000,000, a spoof acceptance rate of less than 0.1%, and a true acceptance rate of 99.76%, all of which help protect against attacks using photos, videos, or high-quality 3D masks. In darkness to strong sunlight, indoors and out, the F455 projects an infrared pattern that reliably authenticates skin tones and shades, adapts to changes in personal style, and recognizes children and adults from 4' to 6'3" tall at a distance of 1.8'. It recognizes users from 1 to 3.3' away from the sensor and connects to your host Windows, Linux, or Android system using an integrated USB 2.0 Type-C port and may be mounted using an integrated 1/4"-20 UNC thread mount, two M4 thread mounts, or a tripod.
