As others note, the brackets break FAR too easily. The extended elbow/arm also puts the weight waaay in front of a stand, making it incredibly easy to know over. The metal part is a good quality, but all the plastic is as cheap as can be.

I questioned paying the amount I did against making my own but in the end it was worth the price. Solid enough to last, holds the lights tight and the mounting arm is perfect. Multiple mountable configurations and can even remove and spin the back plate form vertical to horizontal orientation. Also purchased both the 4 and 2 light brackets for my TL60 4 light kit. Worth the buy! Fair price.
