Add a PTZ-style webcam to your mid-sized conference room or remote education location using the 1080p USB 2.0 PTZ Camera with 10x Optical Zoom from Alfatron. The camera features high-definition video capture up to 1080p30 using a 1/2.9" HD CMOS sensor and has a high signal-to-noise ratio as well as 3D/2D noise reduction for enhanced image quality, even in low light. The built-in zoom lens has a maximum optical zoom of 10x and a field of view that measures from 8.8 to 66°. The camera offers USB 2.0 video output to a computer and can be powered using the host connection or with the included DC power supply.
The camera supports OBS software that allows you to control the camera using UVC, and you can utilize popular webcam conferencing applications such as Zoom, Skype, and Teams. There are 255 programmable in-camera preset positions to rapidly move between positions using RS-232 or RS-422/RS-485 with separately available controllers using the VISCA or Pelco-D/P protocols. The IR control can also control the camera and it allows you to store up to 10 preset positions. You can mount the camera, using the included bracket mount.

Impressive little Camera!
My company needed a new camera for our conference room. I had recently ordered an Alfatron Salut for my office (from B&H as well) and I really like it, so I researched the Alfatron PTZ camera options and settled on this 10x USB camera. As always, shipping from B&H is quick. We set the camera up in the conference room using the wall mount that was INCLUDED in the box! It came with all the necessary cabling for various situations to include the RS-232 cable, a power cord, and a USB y cable. That said, we were connecting directly to the computer, so all we needed was the included USB cable which powers the camera. You do need to plug both USB jacks on the y side into the computer for the camera to properly work. Once we figured that out, the rest was easy. The included remote control for the camera is easy to use as well. You can get to the menu of the camera if you need to make critical changes and you can save multiple presets using the remote which is nice in a conference room situation. The 10x zoom gets some really good close-up shots and the panning feature gives you almost 360 degrees of coverage. Overall, another great product from Alfatron and another happy shopping experience with B&H. This is a great value for the money. I highly recommend this product.
