The Canon C70 Camera Cage with Top Handle & Tilt Bracket from SHAPE combines a three-sided cage with a push-button top handle and a friction-based tilt bracket.

The C70 Camera Cage features a top, bottom, and left-side plate, leaving the right side open so the camera's handgrip can be used. The top plate supports the native C70 top handle and mic holder, the latter via a built-in offset shoe mount. An HDMI clamp is also included and attaches to the side to secure your HDMI cable.

The top handle mounts securely on the top plate of the cage with multiple screws. Featuring SHAPE's push-button technology, the top handle can be rotated a full 360° by pressing and holding down a large, comfortable-to-handle push button located on top of the handle, where it's easily accessible by thumb. The top handle is made of aluminum and has a maple wood lining on the bottom where your fingers grip it.

The robust and compact tilt bracket attaches to a shoe mount on the front of the top handle to support a monitor, light, or other accessory weighing up to 4.4 lb. It can be tilted and swiveled to hold your accessory in the desired position. Using an included Allen key, you can adjust the friction of the tilt bracket or fully tighten it into a locked position. When it's not fully locked, you can still adjust its tilt angle by hand without requiring an Allen key, and it will safely keep that angle, depending on the set friction and weight of your accessory.

The cage and top handle offer standard and anti-twist 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory mounts. The cage also provides multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tripod mount threads on the bottom. The bottom plate of the cage is rubber padded for safer attachment of your camera.
