The build quality is very good, as is the organization options. I really love the color as well. My only complaints are that it gets very hot to wear and I really don't like the roll top. Wish they would have made this bag without it. Despite these items, I would recommend this bag.

Overall, I am really happy with this bag. It’s almost the perfect camera bag. I really like the color so I will have to learn to deal with some of imperfections. I went for this bag instead of the new V4 for two reasons. 1) The color and 2) The positioning of the straps. I really like how the straps are on the clamshell so when you open the bag, there’s no fussing with moving straps out of the way. None of my other camera bags have that feature so I wanted to try it out. The V4 did away with that feature and probably for good reason- the straps are uncomfortable. They lack sufficient padding and the plastic buckle that adjusts the strap digs into my armpit and is kind of uncomfortable. I live in the desert and am more of a winter explorer so with a jacket or long sleeve it’s probably not a big deal but I don’t think it will be a tank top friendly bag, for me at least. I currently have a Sony a6700 with the viltrox 27mm and it works great with the side access. I also have a Sony 50mm 1.8 and sigma 10-18mm. With all this, I still have room for 1 more prime and a (smaller) telephoto lens so once I finish building out my kit, I will still have room for it all in this bag. Still on the hunt for the perfect camera bag but this one will suffice for now. It coming in purple makes up for its flawed straps. Overall, I would still recommend this bag. It’s a good camera bag and worth buying.

For aircraft used on most international routes, yes. For smaller craft ("puddle jumpers"), likely not. You'll want to check with your airline in advance, under-seat dimensions are often spelled out on airline websites.

No, it's built-in to the pack. On days that you don't want to use this feature, you can quickly remove the organization panels and fold down the divider (between the pack's top and camera area) to yield a single large space.

Does the Prvke Lite fits a canon r5 with rf 24-70 2.8L attached and a rf 70-200 f4 on the side and also a travel tripod like Manfrotto befree advance tripod? Any other recommendation if not? I am looking for a bag that can fit camera gear and hiking essentials, such as a jacket and is lite weight but durable for travel and hiking. Thanks !

Yes the WANDRD PRVKE Lite 11L Backpack will fit the gear you mentioned. The tripod would mount on the outside at the bottom.
