Fine when used with newest driver

I use this on my desktop PC, replacing a tiny Wi-Fi adapter (same brand). Using Windows Update, Optional updates, I found and installed newest driver 1030.52.731.2025 for the adapter's Realtek chip. The Archer T4U Plus shows up in Device Manager as TP-Link Wireless MU-MIMO USB Adapter. Before I got the new driver, I think Windows was using a driver left over from my old adapter's installation, causing issues. A disc comes in the package, but naturally that CD has old drivers.

Can't be easier or more reliable. Tried using Zyxel powerline adapter first. Good product but this Tp - Link provides better service in my application.
