Upgrade your storage to take on intensive tasks such as video editing by installing the Rocket R1104 PCIe 3.0 x16 4-Channel M.2 NVMe Host Controller from HighPoint into your desktop computer system's available PCIe 3.0 x16 slot. This full height, high-performance host controller supports up to four single- or double-sided M.2 NVMe solid-state drives in 2242, 2260, 2280, and 22110 form factors.

With support for OS-based RAID configurations, the Rocket R1104 is designed to deliver the performance needed for high-bandwidth applications. Its full-length anodized aluminum heatsink provides silent and efficient cooling to the installed drives to help maintain optimal performance. The Rocket R1104 is designed to work with Windows 10, Windows Server 2019, macOS 10.13 or later, and Linux 3.10 or later systems.

High-Speed, Intelligent Switch Chipset
The integrated Broadcom PEX8747 intelligent PCIe switch chipset helps to ensure that the maximum transfer bandwidth is available at all times. Up to x4 lanes are dedicated to each installed M.2 NVMe SSD.
Silent Cooling System
This host controller's ventilated bracket, full-length anodized heatsink, and highly conductive thermal pad help to efficiently dissipate heat from the installed drives without disrupting low-noise environments.
