The LulzBot Mini 2 Magnetic Flex Bed Assembly is compatible with the LulzBot Mini 2 3D printer. It can also be used with select LulzBot Mini 1 3D printer if it has been upgraded to the LulzBot Mini Modular Print Bed System. This spring steel PEI sheet can be removed from the print bed along with your finished 3D print job. After removed, you can bend the flexible spring steel sheet and remove your 3D print with ease. You can remove your 3D print while the print bed is still warm and also allows you to realign the surface when replacing the print surface on the magnetic bed. The high-temperature neodymium magnets are embedded in the 1/8" thick 6061 aluminum plate and can hold up to 140°C for extended periods of time without losing any magnetic field strength over time. The magnets are encapsulated inside a thin polycarbonate sheet.
Your LulzBot Mini must be equipped with the Mini Etched Modular Print Bed Heater before installing this upgrade.
