with 1/4 20 to 3/8 step up adapter, it does fit on Arri locating pin holes. This is one of the best way to mount a transmitter on camera body.

Are the anti-twist divots on both sides of the bracket?
No, the Tilta Wireless Video Mounting Bracket only has anti-twist pins on the portion of the adapter that attaches to the camera with the allen key.
