Are the connecting threads/knobs for mounting the cross bars a standard 5/8 size?

The small protruding black male spigots are 5/8 of an inch on the Universal Stand Pivoting bracket are not threaded. The female hole in the middle is also 5/8 but also not threaded it slides over an existing 5/8 pin on your stand.
