MediaClone IT 8" SAS Overview

Quickly deploy and manage multiple drives on- or off-site with the MediaClone SuperCopier IT 8" Portable Drive Duplicator. Ideal for IT professionals, the SuperCopier offers support for a wide range of drive form factors and formats, allowing you to easily clone, erase, and diagnose multiple drives simultaneously.

Four main SAS/SATA ports allow you to clone drives in 1:3 or 2:2 ratio with speeds up to 6 Gb/s. Eight USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports are also available for cloning up to 10 targets with optional USB to SAS/SATA cables or 1:5 USB Type-A drive storage. You can erase up to 10 storage devices simultaneously, allowing you to reimage drives when needed. You can also perform quick formats with NTFS, exFAT, FAT32, HFS+, and EXT4 drives. An 8" color touchscreen allows you to manage and operate the SuperCopier, giving you extensive control options and diagnostic readouts. You also get two USB 2.0 Type-A, DisplayPort, and HDMI ports for additional management features.

Performance
The SuperCopier uses an Intel i7 processor, 8GB of DDR4 RAM, and Ubuntu operating system to enhance performance and deliver up to 6 Gb/s data transfer speeds across your SAS/SATA drives. A keyed and locked power connector secures itself to the SuperCopier to prevent accidental disconnects in the middle of operations.
Cloning & Duplication Features
The SuperCopier offers a wide range of cloning and duplication protocols including mirror imaging, selective capture, VHD copy, copy to folder, and quick copy modes.
Erase & Format Options
Ensure all your information is completely erased with Security Erase, Enhanced Security Erase, Sanitize, and DoD protocols. Formatting supports Fat32, NTFS, exFAT, EXT4, and HFS+.
Drive Diagnostics
Obtain information about your drives with an array of diagnostic operations including SMART drive tests, Read-Verify, Short Tests, Extended Full Test, Conveyance Test, and Logs and Erase Certification.
