It's little more than a cardboard sleeve coated in fabric that attaches to the Godox TL30 tube light with a couple of elastic bands. Even for ten bucks, it almost feels a little too expensive for what it is, but it gets the job done and is an easier and prettier solution than blackwrap or tape. It cuts the beam to about 90 degrees.

A bit of a challenge to get it on, but once on, it works as expected. It functions strictly at 90 degrees which may be more or less than what you want but to add flex to the sides would be a different challenge.
