The RM-S1 LANC Lens Remote FIZ Controller from IDX Systems Technology enables remote REC start/stop, focus, iris, and zoom control for LANC-equipped Sony or Canon camcorders. The controller connects to your camera via a LANC control cable with a 2.5mm connector, and it features three connectors to control up to three cameras. An additional LANC connector allows you to daisy-chain additional RM-S1 controllers.
The controller features zoom, focus, and iris control knobs that can be adjusted for speed. It also features a rec start/stop button, an auto white balance control button, and six function buttons that can be assigned quick settings. The controller is also compatible with a separately available rackmount or clamp bracket if you want to mount it onto a tripod or handle.
