The Kirk KLP-260-2NL Lens Plate for Sony FE 100-400 f/4.5-5.6 GM OSS Lens does work with the Sony 100-400mm lens. You cannot use both screws to secure the plate to the foot as the spacing for the screws is farther apart on the foot. Using the optional edge guard is necessary to prevent unintentional skewing of the plate.
