Not a clue how to use it. But I have a BH55LR so I know quality. Just no idea how to install and use.

Suboptimal fit with Zelda bracket and Nikon Z

The vertical position of the TetherArca relative to the lens is limited when using it with a Nikon Z 5 and Z6 II camera and the Zelda L bracket made by 3 Legged Thing. This is because of limited clearances and makes an impact when the camera is oriented in portrait mode. It's also not possible to use the L connector on a tether cable because of the limited clearance, but the straight connector works. The construction of the product is otherwise excellent. The function of the spacer is limited by design and its compact size. A larger unit might provide better functionality for more cameras. Once mounted, the spacer does provide a solid attachment of the camera and L bracket to an area mount.

Some Arca dovetails from other brands don't lock ...

Some Arca dovetails from other brands don't lock up tight with the RRS lever clamps. Will the Tether Tools TA-CSLB Arca base secure tightly with Really Right Stuff Lever clamp such as the RRS B2-LLR II?

Tether Tools TA-CSLB does work well with RRS lever clamps because Tether Tools copied the RRS version Really Right Stuff Cable Relief Spacer.
