[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not my first lens adapter from Urth. I may own almost all of them to adapt vintage lenses to M4/3 and fullframe L-mount cameras. They always work and are of excellent quality. In comparison with the competition, the price is very good. May I suggest a change to the Canon FD adapter: if possible, make the aperture control ring blockable to avoid accidental operation. My next purchase will be the Minolta MD adapter and my collection thus will be complete ... until ;-)

The adapter connects to lens okay but that's all it did. It would not focus. I tried on an M240. Also, the unfocused pictures had a lot of vignetting.. Very Disappointed. However, if anyone knows what I might be doing wrong, I could use the help. I could return but I'll keep.. It was only around $30.

How does one control the aperture setting of the EF/EF-S lens, when using this adapter?
Unfortunately, the aperture on the Canon EF/EF-S Lens would be at the largest setting by default as the Urth Manual Lens Mount Adapter for Canon EF/EF-S-Mount Lens to Leica M-Mount Camera Body would not allow for any control over it.
