Got it for my Sigma FP and it fit perfectly. Solid build quality, smooth threads, and achieves infinity focus. What more can you ask for?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit for the camera mount is perfect, but the screw mount was displaced (my focus and aperture indicator were on the left of the lens where they should have been on the top of the lens) and the flange distance was off a bit. When I set the lens to infinity it would focus beyond that so I had to unscrew the screw mount from the adapter and put 4 thin paper pieces in the corners under the screw mount. Luckily, everything works perfectly now but I wasted almost 3 hours fixing the focusing issue
