Designed with education spaces in mind, the BenQ RE01 series is TÜV certified for safety and features a germ-resistant coating to reduce the spread of germs on the interactive touch screen. The RE8601 also uses low-blue-light, flicker-free, and anti-glare technology to help protect your eyesight. Connect a wide variety of devices via HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, USB inputs, or load content via Ethernet connectivity with Android OS capability. Built-in whiteboard software allows for annotation with 20-points of touch and with wireless screen sharing, collaboration is easy. The RE8601 has everything needed to be deployed as a stand-alone interactive display solution. The RE series reduces the surface transmission of germs in the classroom. Its touchscreen comes with BenQ's proprietary germ-resistant formula that is recognized by TÜV to be 99.9% effective against common germs. Additionally, built-in eye care solutions protect the eyesight of students and teachers when they’re using the BenQ Board. Low blue light and flicker-free technologies help prevent eye strain while the anti-glare 4K screen offers crisp, clear images.

The RE01 series features pre-installed software to give you flexibility in the classroom.

EZWrite 5 is a whiteboard unlike any other. It lets you use different media, like PDFs and images, with interactive tools and templates that make teaching more convenient and classes more fun. Everything you need is on the board.

Open the floor for sharing with InstaShare 2. Students can cast their laptop or tablet screens via Miracast, Airplay, or the InstaShare app or button, allowing everyone to present their work and exchange ideas from their seats.

Video conferencing and cloud whiteboarding turn the RE series into a highly interactive hybrid learning hub. Teachers can host classes in school while home-based students or even guest lecturers can join remotely from anywhere.

One tap to record lessons - and good for hybrid classes

This model is great for hybrid classroom. I log in with my phone (which keeps my password safe), and it instantly connects with my Google drive to pull up my lessons. I especially like that it only takes one tap on the screen to record the lesson to my Google drive. There is a cloud whiteboard software where remote students can write on the board from their Chromebook or tablet. It's also nice that the touchscreen has a coating on it that kills germs as well. No flashy case colors or fancy design - but it does a lot more than I thought.

What is the end of support date for RE6501 and RE7501?

Please refer to response from BenQ: BenQ will provide In Warranty service based on the warranty term when the units are originally purchased, it could be 3 years, 5 years or 7 years. Outside the warranty, we could provide service / spare parts (limited supply) up to 7 years.
