No, the Sennheiser L 70 USB Charger is not compatible for use with the Sennheiser BA 20 Recharging Battery Pack for AVX EKP. The BA 20 charges via USB either using a wall charger, USB battery pack, or connection to a USB port on a computer or other charging device. The L 70 USB Charger is compatible with BA 70 Recharging Battery Packs.
