Hi! I tried to use this product but I had 2 major issues with it. I made sure to do my best to install it correctly, and I did, since it thankfully was a very easy method and mounted properly. There was a problem with the counterweight taking justtttt enough space to rub part of the drone's camera gimbal when the camera tilted around. I could not get around this no matter how hard I tried to make sure the counterweight was on there snuggly. I tried to give it a chance and just avoid tilted the camera, and powered on the drone. Immediatly the drone controller was warning me that the gimbal motors were overloaded, and I didn't even need that to tell. The camera could not stay up pointed straight and was struggling, tilting town and shifting to the left. TL;DR the product is a cool idea but does not work.
