There is not much to say here, other than it does what it claims, which is the most important thing I could say. I am using this to split a signal from the camera at our church to the recordings feed and the projector screen. It works without hesitation. I will definitely use these for any future needs to split/distribute my signal.

how do you power this on camera.. Lomo??

This can not be powered from the camera. This will require a separate power source. This will come with a power cable, barrel cable to a wall outlet. This does not have lemo.

No, the BZBGEAR 3G-SDI 1 x 4 Splitter/Distribution Amplifier will not support Analog video signals. But see the item I added below that will work with Analog signals.
