Will this work with 12" 15mm rods on a BMPCC 6K G2, and support the Sigma 18-35 F1.8? Will there be enough rods visible at the back to add a V-Mount plate?
Yes, 12" rods would be long enough to cover the camera, a Sigma 18-35 lens, and a V-Mount plate, though the plate might sit too close to the camera's LCD screen to fully articulate the screen.

Will the lens support post work with Zeiss CP.2 EF lenses? It doesn't look like it will stand out far enough from the camera body to align with the lens support thread.
You'd have to make sure the camera is positioned such that its mount is roughly flush (or in front of the front) of the the Wooden Camera 15mm LWS Baseplate for Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro (B&H# WOA10026) in order to use a lens like that.

Is the bottom of the baseplate compatible with arri standard dovetail or is it some proprietary plate style?
The Lower dovetail slot on the Wooden Camera 15mm LWS Baseplate for Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro is ARRI standard for attaching to compatible ARRI dovetails or the included Quick Dovetail. The lower dovetail slot works with ARRI standard dovetail plates.
