With a total throughput of up to 3.2 TB/s and a 2.38 billion packet-per-second (Bpps) forwarding rate, the Spectrum MSN2100-CB2F virtually eliminates dropped packets while reducing latency to about 300 nanoseconds across both Layer 2 and Layer 3, supporting a multitude of bandwidth-intensive applications. Other features include dual AC PSUs for power redundancy, an x86 dual core processor, and support for Software Defined Networking (SDN).
