Kramer 427X Overview

The 4K Auto-Switcher/Scaler Receiver over Long-Reach HDBaseT from Kramer provides long-reach video transmission over HDBaseT for HDMI video sources. The receiver supports input and transmission up to 4K60 4:2:0 resolution, and it can upscale or downscale to match the resolution of the monitor.

The receiver receives an HDBaseT or HDMI input signal and converts it to HDMI output. It can receive video signals from to up to 130' over CAT copper cables at up to 4K60 and from up to 230' away at 1080p60 resolution. The unit can be controlled via bidirectional RS-232 signals, and it can also extend CEC signaling over HDMI. Other features include intelligent EDID processing, ProcAmp control, analog audio de-embedding, easy installation, and plug-and-play operation.
