The follow spot stand itself is fantastic, and does what it's supposed to do. The problem I had was with the FS Pan Glide Kit - this set up was purchased to support an ADJ FS1000 follow spot (after all, it's intended to work with that right?). The Bolt supplied with the Pan Glide Kit was not long enough to accommodate the thickness of the FS1000's yolk, so I ended up having to go to a hardware store to find something longer, and compatible. Luckily I was able to make it work, but kind of messed up that it wasn't correct out of the box.
I am extremely pleased with the purchase of this very sturdy stand for use with my 180w RGBW Ellipsoidal Follow Spot Light. The stand, along with the smooth gliding FS Pan Glide hold my follow spot firmly and glide smoothly! Very pleased with these two items!! Ken Schleifer
