The MS EQ COMP from Internet Co. is a software plug-in for Mac computers that encodes stereo signals as mid-side signals and allows you to add EQ and compression to the mid and side portions of the signal independently. This allows you to correct problems in the stereo image of the signal or add processing on particular areas.
The software provides an easy-to-use interface with two processing sections, one for the mid section and one for the sides, each with identical parameters including pan and volume faders, along with 3-band EQs and compression. The compressors offer five adjustable parameters including threshold, attack, output, release, and ratio.
MS EQ COMP is not standalone software; it requires a DAW host that supports the VST platform for Mac.
