How to pair through Bluetooth with a portable phone
Asked by: Georges
Yes, the Sony X-Series SRS-XP700 Portable Wireless Speaker will be able to pair with a Bluetooth connection to any smartphone that has Bluetooth abilities. The Bluetooth icon on the top of the speaker enables a pairing mode. You will need to activate your mobile phone's Bluetooth function and select the Speaker's signal and pair to it.

Can you pair them up for stereo ?
Asked by: Peter
Hi Peter, Thanks for your inquiry. Yes, you can. To use the Stereo Pair function, 2 SRS-XP700 or SRS-XP500 speakers are required. By connecting 2 speakers via BLUETOOTH connection, you can enjoy more powerful sound. 2 speakers connected via BLUETOOTH connections play sounds in stereo, where 1 speaker plays the sound on the right channel (right side) and the other plays the sound on the left channel (left side).
