The BL-A1 L-Bracket for Sony Alpha A1 from Kirk has a one-piece design with anti-twist flanges that prevent the camera from moving within the bracket. With its Arca-type dovetails, it enables the camera to be mounted in a vertical or horizontal orientation onto a compatible head. The side plate and base feature sensor centering index lines, so the camera can be quickly and precisely aligned on a tripod head.
Crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum and featuring a corrosion-resistant black anodized finish, this L-bracket has an open slotted design for side port access and provides access to the camera battery door. The bracket will not obstruct the LCD monitor movement, and it features an integrated hand strap loop machined on the edge of the base. An industry standard QD (Quick Disconnect) mounting socket is incorporated in the base, making it compatible with select QD System straps. The included hex wrench is used to tighten the L-bracket to the camera body, and stores under the horizontal base plate.Able to change vertical or horizontal orientation without losing the center of axis.
Dovetail design is Arca-type compatible and scored with sensor centering lines on the back of the bracket.
