Unfortunately it only fits two smaller lenses. One on the camera and one on the side.

Is the camera compartment of 15L fit for Sony A7R3 with Tamron 28-75mm lens? Or do I have to select 24L backpack?
For a Sony A7 (and similar cameras) I would recommend the larger 24L version. The 15L version has a variant of the Lowepro Creator Box Medium, and the internal dimensions are 14 x 8 x 18 cm (5.51 x 3.15 x 7.09 in). The Sony A7R3 is 9.56 cm (3.76 in), which will mean that the viewfinder will protrude into the bag (there will be a bulge), and more if there is a quick release plate on the camera. I chose the 24L version which has a version of the Lowepro Creator Box Large (the size of the camera part is 17 x 10 x 23 cm / 6.69 x 3.94 x 9.06 in) for my Sony A7R4 (which I have an L-plate on) and wish to it was another 1cm (0.4 in) higher.
