The best thing about it is that the hardware is metal and simple in design, no plastic. It's simple and practical. That's why I bought it. Unfortunately, I lost mine on the subway due to my own stupidity. I didn't attach it properly. It was my own fault. As always, a well-thought-out design; I highly recommend it.

This piece makes a huge difference in the comfort of my pack. The difference it makes is astounding as far as I am concerned. The only inconvertible I have is that I have lost this piece twice now. It is ultimately my responsibility but wish that there was a functional way to attach this to the pack so that it is less easier to lose.
