Combining powerful output, long runtime, and tactical features with an ultraviolet light, the Nitecore P20i UV Rechargeable Tactical LED Flashlight will meet the needs of professionals in a wide range of disciplines. Its four UV LEDs are useful for currency and document inspection, forensic investigation, mine exploitation, and gemological appraisal. As a torch, the P20i UV LED emits up to 1800 lumens of white light, and the low-power setting of 35 lumens will run as long as 38 hours on a fresh charge. The high-capacity 4000mAh 21700i Li-ion battery charges inside the light through a moisture-protected USB Type-C port, and a side-mounted LED shows the battery's remaining power level. Accommodating tactical grips, the light is fully controlled from dual tail switches—a raised push button for on/off on a momentary or constant-on basis, and a mode switch for selecting high, medium, low, or strobe modes. On any setting or when the light is off, you have instant access to the strobe with a long press of the mode switch.

The light's reflector is engineered with crystal coating and precision digital optics technologies for a long throw. Its strike bezel has high-hardness silicone nitride ceramic tips, which make the bezel more effective in breaking glass or self-defense but less likely to damage the inside of a pocket or pack.
