This Field Case from Strut is designed to hold, transport, and protect a Tascam DR40, DR44, DR100, Zoom H4n, H4n Pro, or H5 field recorder. It allows full access to all controls while providing protection to your valuable recorder.
The case is constructed from waterproof 1000D Cordura nylon. The case has a clear vinyl window that flips up so you can use the recorder's front button controls and adjust the gain settings. It offers easy access to the 1/4"-20 mount and quiet zippers on both the left and right sides give unobstructed access to all controls and jacks. The case allows for easy battery access so you can perform quick on-set changes and offers a bottom cable seal to protect XLR connections from dust and moisture.
The lid on the case can be flipped to fit over your recorder’s mic capsules when you aren't recording. The case has multiple carrying options and can be worn on your belt, attached to a boom or tripod leg, or hung from a lanyard.
