Looking to pack a Canon R5 w/ 24-105 F4 mounted and a Canon R7 w/ adapted EF 70-200 F4 II. Also to fit in the bag would be a RF 16mm STM, RF 35mm STM and a RF 50mm STM?
That’s a bit of a stretch for the 16 Slim. The bodies with mounted lenses that you listed will fit, plus one or two primes depending on size. But three primes, I think it would be too much. DNA 16 Pro would fit it all, and be easier to work out of since there’s be more space to move around.
