The Nebulizer is the core of the optional Polymaker Polysher unit, which removes layer lines from the Polymaker PolySmooth and PolyCast specialty filament prints. This replacement 2-pack of nebulizers is used in the Polysher to create the fine mist of alcohol that evenly smoothens PolySmooth and PolyCast prints. The nebulizer is where liquid alcohol from the reservoir is turned into a fine aerosol that polishes your printed product. Inside the cartridge is a micromachined metal disc that vibrates hundreds of thousands of times per second. A sponge wick conducts the liquid solvent to the disc.
