PolyMide PA12-CF from Polymaker is a carbon fiber reinforced PA12 (Nylon 12) filament. Thanks to the low moisture sensitivity of PA12, this filament features outstanding mechanical and thermal properties even after the moisture conditioning process. Offering ease of print and featuring Polymaker's Warp-Free technology, the PolyMide PA12-CF is ideal for creating manufacturing tools.
As part of the PolyMide family of Nylon/polyamide based filaments, the PA12-CF features Warp-Free technology, which allows the production of Nylon-based filaments that can be 3D printed with excellent dimensional stability and near-zero warpage. This is achieved by the fine control of microstructure and crystallization behavior of Nylon, which enables the material to fully release the internal stress before solidification.
PolyMide PA12-CF is compatible with most of the 3D printers available on the market. Examples include the Ultimaker, Flashforge, Snapmaker, LulzBot, Raise3D, Flsun, Artillery, Anycubic, Creality, and more.
