Affix a lighting unit to the wall or ceiling with the flexible and orientable CAMVATE Wall/Ceiling Plate with Mounting Stud, 1/4"-20 Thread & Ball Joint Head. Featuring all-metal construction, the mounting plate has four pre-drilled mounting holes and comes with four mounting screws. The plate features a Baby pin with a 14"-20 threaded screw commonly found on still photo light stands, allowing you to mount both still photography and cine-style lighting fixtures.
An included ball joint head screws onto the Baby pin's stud, and it provides its own 1/4"-20 mounting screw with a thumbwheel plate for tightening your fixture on the stud. This provides you with 360° of pan adjustment, and the ball joint head also has 90° of tilt adjustment.

Only secure this mounting plate to a structure capable of supporting both the weight of the plate and the fixture you are using.
