The Bescor XT160 Bi-Color LED On-Camera 2-Light Kit with Stands and AC Adapters does not have a USB-C port for power delivery, but it does have a DC port which may allow you to use power delivery from a battery with a D-tap to DC cable like the Kondor Blue Coiled D-Tap to Locking DC 2.1mm Right-Angle Cable (16 to 32"). LED lights work a bit differently when it comes to watts as a basis of brightness, but according to the photometrics, at 3900K this light will be the equivalent of 250W tungsten equivalent.

Is it possible to buy additional light filters for this? Specifically darker ones. These are almost too bright at their lowest setting for my night photography project.
Unfortunately, we don't have more filters that would be able to be attached to the light.
