Can you replace the ssd holder with one compatible with t7 shield?
I was advised to simply peel off the rubber "shield" from the T7 Shield. Did that in under a minute, and... the stripped T7 fit perfectly in the larger of the two supplied Tilta T7 holders. Sweet.

If you remove the black rubber cover from the Samsung T7 Shield, it DOES fit perfectly in the larger of the two supplied Tilta T7 holders--although the raw unit (once the rubber is removed) is silver in color (not black).
And as already has been mentioned, the older "Samsung T7" does NOT work with the new BMD 6K. I know, I tried without success. But the new "Samsung T7 Shield" DOES work fine, even using the new FF camera in full "6K Open Gate" mode using the highest Q0 quality mode (it's most bit-rate intensive setting).

I'm thinking of getting the BMPCC 6K G2. To ensure this cage will work on my Ronin S I think I need a half cage. Can the Title TA-T11 convert to a half cage? Or is there something better you can suggest? Thanks!
Yes, Cages that work with the Pocket 6k Pro are also compatible with Black Magic Pocket 6K G2 camera. Both the 6K Pro and the 6K G2 have the same form factor and size. Also, The right side arm module can be removed to turn this Full Cage into a Half Cage. What am I supposed to do with these 15mm rod holders? I don't have a battery grip, but if I did the rods couldn't even go through the battery. So I don't know what its purpose is.
No I think you're misunderstanding Nicholas. Look at the photo. The rods won't go through the battery
