I do mostly video interviews and I take this kit with me to every shoot. I added a few pieces of black and white foam core to it and It has everything needed for most simple applications. You have to make sure that you store the Cello and Wood Cookie in the separate divider or they will quickly eat your silks and nets.
Not bad, short on silk though

If I had my way I would get rid of the celotex cookie and replace it with a second full silk. I use silks a lot more than I use cookies, and its kind of odd that you get two cookies and one silk in this kit.
