The Monopod 2 CF from Sachtler is a lightweight, Touch & Go system equipped, carbon fiber monopod designed for use with ENG cameras and DSLR's. The 3-section design is complimented by easy-to-use lever style leg locks, which enable the monopod to extend from 25.6" to a maximum height of 65.3" at a moment's notice. Due to its carbon fiber construction the monopod weighs only 2.2 lb, making it an ideal travel companion, but its design as an ENG support allows it to hold up to an impressive 33 lb.
The monopod comes standard with Sachtler's own Touch & Go quick release system, which allows users to rapidly mount and dismount their camera at will. In order to improve overall usability, safety, and user comfort, Sachtler has also equipped the Monopod 2 CF with a pivoting rubber foot, secure wrist strap, and a padded foam hand grip.
