The Magco Magnetic Lens Cap from ICE is a protective aluminum lens cap that includes a magnetic adapter ring for fast attachment and removal to save precious time when shooting. Made to fit lenses with 77mm filter threads, the adapter ring screws onto the lens and magnetically holds the protective cap in place. It can be used together with other magnetic filters and is also fully compatible with magnetic filter systems by Kase, Haida, Marumi and Freewell.

This filter is totally unusable on a telephoto lens. Images literally come out blurry.
I am a wildlife photographer/videographer and use magnetically attaching lens filters to be able to switch in/out ND filters that are essential for video. I bought the Ice Magno 3 stop ND filter as it was available in 95mm for a quite low price. I use it on my Olympus 100-400mm 1.25x lens and it has an insignificant color cast and I van pop it on and off the lens even with the lens hood attached.
