Dell Precision 3450 SFF Overview

The Precision 3450 Small Form Factor Desktop Computer from Dell is an affordable workstation with powerful graphics, enhanced memory, and fast processing. It is powered by a 10th Gen 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7-10700 Eight-Core processor that will allow you to run multiple applications simultaneously. If more power is needed, the CPU can deliver extra performance by increasing its clock speed up to 4.8 GHz utilizing Intel's Turbo Boost technology. The 16GB of 2933 MHz DDR4 RAM comes in a 2 x 8GB configuration and can be upgraded to 128GB by using a 32GB memory module in each of the four 288-pin DIMM slots.

For storage of your files, this system is equipped with a 512GB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD, and there is an additional M.2 2280 PCIe slot available, plus two 3.5"/2.5" SATA III drive bays. If you want to add external storage drives, optical drives, printers, memory card readers, or other peripherals, the Precision 3450 features one 20 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port, two 10 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, three 5 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, and four 480 MB/s USB 2.0 Type-A ports, one of which has PowerShare and two of which have SmartPower On. The dedicated NVIDIA Quadro P620 graphics card has 2GB of GDDR5 RAM and delivers a sharp, clear picture, while allowing for multiple simultaneous displays to be used via its four mini DisplayPort 1.4 outputs. Whether you are listening to music, watching a movie, or playing a game, the integrated Realtek ALC3246 audio controller outputs high-definition audio and delivers higher fidelity than standard audio controllers. Network connectivity is achieved using an integrated Gigabit Ethernet port. Also featured is an 8x DVD±RW drive and a UHS-II SDXC card reader.

The Precision 3450 Small Form Factor includes a Dell KB216 wired keyboard, a Dell MS116 optical mouse, and a power cord. It is powered by an internal 300W power supply and the installed operating system is Windows 10 Pro (64-Bit).
