Vivotek FD9369 Overview

Monitor an indoor or outdoor area with the FD9369-F2 2MP Network Dome Camera from Vivotek. This unit uses a 1/3.1" progressive scan CMOS sensor to capture 1920 x 1080 resolution video at 30 fps. An IR LED provides up to 98' of night vision. The camera's 2.8mm fixed lens delivers a 116° horizontal field of view. A built-in microphone allows this camera to pick up audio from up to 16' away. A card slot accepts microSD/SDHC/SDXC cards up to 1TB (available separately). Integrated PoE technology simplifies connectivity by enabling the transfer of power and data through a single cable.

This dome camera complies with ONVIF profiles G, S, and T, making it compatible with a wide range of surveillance devices. It is housed in an IP66- and IK10-rated enclosure that is suitable for outdoor use in areas at risk of vandalism.

One of the best cameras for the budget conscious. Supports POE, so no need to use the extra attached power cable. Mounting these up for the first time can be a bit of a pain - drill 3/4 hole, then mount, then install dome cover using supplied security star bit... Nonetheless, its weather tight, beautiful wide angle lens (2.8mm version), and at a cost under $200 each - Vivotek got this one right.
