The DSLR version of the Spider Camera Holster Spiderpro DSLR Single Camera System v2 would be the best option for the Panasonic Lumix G9 Mirrorless Camera with the Panasonic DMW-BGG9 Battery Grip attached.

Will a Think Tank Speed Changer 3.0 Pouch fit on this belt? Or vice versa, would a Spider holster fit on a ThinkTank Speed Belt?
Asked by: Ryan
The Spider Camera Holster Spiderpro DSLR Single Camera System v2 is not compatible with the Think Tank Speed Belt; it might be able to accommodate the Think Tank Speed Changer 3.0 Pouch, although they are not designed to be used together.

Z6ii with MB-N11 and Sigma 105 1.4Art is my heaviest gear, should I buy DSLR version or Mirrorless version. If DSLR Version, the plate doesn't support Arca Swiss right? I have to attach a plate on top again?
Asked by: Mongkol
Hi Mongkol and thank you. Since you are using the vertical grip, we suggest the SpiderPro plate, as it will address the thickest grips. The SpiderPro plate has two 14/20" built-in threads. If you have an arca plate you already use, you can attach it. Spider Holster also makes a four-sided Arca-Swiss plate (attahces via two 14/20" screws and is a super solid fit) and it's reasonably priced.. Let us know directly through spiderholster.com if you have any further questions, Thank you Spider Team

Are you able to take the slot for the plate out of the given belt and put it on your own belt?
Asked by: John
Hi John and thank you. All Spider Holsters (slot as you call them) are designed to work on a 2" pant belts. That said, your SpiderPro Single belt system comes with the holster already mounted onto our belt (ALL Spider belt users demanded the holster be mounted onto the belt) so.. if you want otherwise, you will have to remove some screws out the back to be able to switch.. If we can please make a recommendation - for a user belt holster design, please take a look at our Spider X Holster? we have the Spider X Holster set and also the Spider X backapcker, (which comes with a backpack adapter and can easily switch from backpack to pant belt). Thank you for considering Spider, Best, Spider Team

Will this accommodate the weight of a R6 II & grip with the RF 100-500 or the RF 200-800? The spider website says max is 5+lbs?
Asked by: Lori-Anne
The Spider Camera Holster Spiderpro DSLR Single Camera System v2 supports up to 5 lb, not 5+. The combination of the Canon EOS R6 Mark II Mirrorless Camera (B&H # CAER62) and the Canon RF 200-800mm f/6.3-9 IS USM Lens (Canon RF), B&H # CA20080063IS, is about 6 lb. The camera with the Canon RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1 L IS USM Lens (B&H # CA100500LRF) is just below 5 lb and would be the ideal setup.

Weight capacity shows 5 pounds. I saw one of these at a trade show and it looked solid but if it is only guaranteed to 5 pounds would it be safe with a canon r5 and a EF 70-200 2.8 lens on the high side of 5 pounds?
Asked by: BM
Hello B and thank you. The SpiderPro system is design for and is able to handle your lens+camera combination. Please make sure to purchase the Spider Lens Collar Plate (a plate designed specifically to attach to the lens collar of longer lenses such as 70-200mm) so your camera and lens would be carried and balanced correctly on the holster. Thank you for your interest, Spider Team

With the lens collar plate, would this be able to handle the Canon 50D and Sigma 150 - 600 with a combined weight of 5 1/2#?
Asked by: mike
Yes, Spider Camera Holster SpiderPro DSLR Single Camera System v2 BH #SP230 • MFR #230 can handle the payload of your camera and lens, however, the lens 1/4-20 thread may start showing signs of wear and tear after some time, please make sure you check the spider pin from time to time to make sure your equipment is safe.
