Hi Tracy and thank you - our SpiderPro dual camera system comes with two pads, two holsters, and three plates. One plate is for your camera on your right side (with pin threaded onto the "R" position). A Left SpiderPro plate (threaded with the Pin to the "L" position) is for your camera on the left side, and an aditional Spider Lens Collar Plate to go on your long lens (80-20mm or longer) onto the lens collar. Is there an addition to the belt to add shoulder support? I can’t imagine 12/14 hr shoots without smth to distribute weight.
No, the Spider Camera Holster SpiderPro Dual DSLR Camera System v2, BH #SP240, is a waist harness. There is no shoulder attachment made for it.

Can this holster accommodate 1 DSLR and 1 mirrorless camera? Do I have to buy separate plates?
This kit can accommodate one DSLR and one mirrorless camera. You don't need extra plates as this is a whole kit that includes two plates. The plate is larger since it is for a DSLR. It will stick out further on the front of the camera since the mirrorless cameras are usually thinner. If you have a lens adapter on the camera with a tripod socket on the adapter that could be a problem, but if you don't, it shouldn't be a problem.

If you are referring to the original (version 1 -- now discontinued) Spider Camera Holster SpiderPro Single Camera System, B&H # SP100, then no, it would not work for your usage needs. The holster included in the 211 Spider Camera Holster SpiderPro Holster Box Set will fit on the V2 Spider Belt (the Spider Camera Holster Spiderpro Belt V2, B&H # SP402), but the belt clips on the V2 version are not compatible with the original V1 belt.
