After purchasing this, I realized that I could simply buy round magnets in any strentgh I wanted. On the nanlites I mount the magnets at each end via the 1/4 - 20 holes. But a couple of these are good to have as well for a little more flexibility.

Yes, this holds the tube very well. It's designed to fit the tube on its own, It will not fit with the waterproof bag.

But with that tube which is 4 feet long you need two of the clip.
