Yes, I have it and works better than the Canon one in terms of zoom speed (slower option compared to Canon) and a bunch of presets

No, the Zoom Demand will only work with lens that are directly connected to the lens mount on the Studio Camera.

I HAVE THIS CONNECTED TO MY BMD STUDIO CAMERA 4K PRO. should it at least get a light on the demand letting me know it has been recognized? or should any of the buttons be working? i'm getting nothing. how do i know if it's actually connected? is there a menu option for either of the demands? thanks for any help!
It is suggested that you daisy chain the focus and zoom demands with USB-C cables to the BMD Studio Camera. The controls on the Zoom Demand are mappable through the Camera settings. If nothing is happening, double check the camera power and the cables and connections. If still nothing contact B&H Sales.
