Adesso Kodak NUSCAN Q500 Document Camera Visual Presenter

Add a digital document camera to your classroom or meeting room with the Kodak NUSCAN Q500 Document Camera Visual Presenter from Adesso. The system is made up of a camera and a document pad to capture documents in up to A4 letter size. The presentation camera features a 5MP sensor and can output video, stills, or document files with up to 2592 x 1944 resolution. The camera can capture stills in JPEG format, videos in AVI, MP4, FLV, and WMV formats, and documents in PDF, DOC, TXT, and XLS formats. It also supports OCR (optical character recognition) text capture when using the document formats and it recognizes 1D/2D barcodes.

The Q500 camera's high-resolution sensor allows you to zoom into the image while still maintaining detail and sharp focus, and also edit the stills and videos using the included Kodak NUSCAN software. It is also compatible with a variety of programs such as Photoshop, Office, Illustrator, and Paint Shop Pro, allowing you to easily edit the image output from the camera. There is an LED light on the arm to illuminate your document, and the USB host connection transfers the image data to a compatible Windows or macOS host computer, while also powering the camera. The compact system folds down for storage.
