Vanco Evolution Overview

The Vanco Evolution Premium 4K HDMI 1 x 4 Splitter transmits audio and video from a single source to four HDMI outputs at up to 4K2K UHD resolution without any loss of quality or resolution. It supports video formats up to 4K2K, 60 Hz with 12-bit YCbCr 4:4:4 and HDR, 3D frame sequential video up to 1080p60, and high-resolution video up to QSXGA 2560 x 2048, 60 Hz.

The splitter is compliant with HDCP 2.2 sources and is backward compatible with older versions of HDCP. Dynamic and manual EDID management modes ensure compatibility during installation. Featuring a status indicator for connection and input HDCP compliance, the splitter can be cascaded with other Evolution products to create additional output options or create an expanded distribution system.

Very solid and reliable piece of kit. We’ve been using these alongside media players to auto-switch inputs in meeting rooms, and they’ve proven to be a cost-effective alternative to more complex systems. Build quality is sturdy, performance is consistent, and it integrates smoothly into small AV setups.

Used this with a TCL 98" TV for a Barco ...

Used this with a TCL 98" TV for a Barco Clickshare and it worked fine, but not so much with a laptop connected... not sure why?
