Before Purchasing, I Understood These Were Essentially Large Gel Sheets Cut To Fit The AD300 Pro. At $50, The Price Felt Steep, But Given That It’s A Specialty Product With No Real Competition, I Was Willing To Accept The Premium. Unfortunately, The Execution Falls Short. The Sizing Is Slightly Off, The Tab Doesn’t Hold Well, And The “high-temperature” Rubber Band Isn’t Very Effective. I Could Live With Those Quirks, Even At This Price, If The Gels Actually Stayed In Place Once A Modifier Was Attached. They Don’t. The Moment You Put Anything On The Front Of The Light, The Gel Slips Or Pops Off. In A Controlled Studio Setup Where Nothing Touches The Front Of The Light, They Might Work. But For Any Practical On-location Use, These Just Aren’t Reliable.
